Purchased tickets are not refundable. Tickets are valid for one entry. You cannot enter and exit the swimming hall without paying a new entrance fee. We have weekend prices on weekends and during holidays. We have special prices for disabled persons, and a companion will get free access upon presentation of a valid accompanying certificate. Our therapy pool has a wheelchair lift and stairs with armrests. We also have a mobile personnel lift that can help those needing it in the 25-meter pool. The HC wardrobes are marked with braille and are adapted to most particular needs.

Summer holidays are around nine weeks from approx. Mid-June to around mid-August.

The Autumn holiday is usually one week in September or October, week 40 or 41.

The Christmas holiday is one week from the end of December until just after New Year.

Winter holiday is in weeks 8 and 9 in February or March.

The Easter holiday is 10-11 days in March or April.
