Aqua jogging is an effective training method for running in water. This form of training allows you to perform running movements without the hard strain that normal running puts on the body. Many top athletes use aqua jogging to stay fit through periods of injury, and now you can do the same.

Our aqua jogging sessions are interval-based and last 45 minutes. You don't need to be in top shape to participate—everyone is welcome!

Registration and price

No registration, just show up and join.

Now, in the beginning, joining the classes costs nothing extra; you pay for a regular swimming ticket. Those who have an annual pass and clip card can use it.
