The intensity of the session largely depends on your effort, and on how hard you push yourself. Come and give it a try. Instructors use music and various buoyancy aids in the Aquagym classes.

No registration needed, just show up.
There's no extra cost to participate in the classes; you only pay the regular swimming pool admission fee. Those with annual passes and punch cards can use them."
